MARINE

It is specifically design for live products. The marine propeller has been designed for delicate shearing and is tailored to containers that can be highly sensitive.

DESIGN OF THE MARINE PROPELLER

Definition basis: Profiled propeller with moulded blades
Number of blades: 3
Rotation direction: Clockwise or anticlockwise (according to the required flow)

FLOW OF MARINE STIRRING DEVICES - USE

Blown flow:
Vertical from top to bottom (axial preponderance)
Vortex creation
A stirrer equipped with a blown marine propeller can be mounted centred with counter-blades or offset without counter-blades.
Low shear effect at max. speed (low peripheral speed)
Risk of the introduction of gas into the mixture

Applications:
Mixtures, heat transfer, creation of suspension and holding in suspension.

Suction flow:
Vertical from bottom to top  (axial preponderance)
Bubbling on a liquid surface
A stirrer equipped with a suction marine propeller can be mounted centred with counter-blades or offset without counter-blades.
Low shear effect at max. speed (low peripheral speed)

Applications:
Mixtures, foaming product mixtures, heat transfer, creation of suspension and holding in suspension.
