Water testing of a very large agitator for the chemical industry

Full-scale testing in our production centre on our 40m3 test pit.
The drive of this agitator is provided by a turret with lateral exctraction, itself equipped with a sophisticated seal of the single dry mechanical type.
The device is composed of two ø2000 propellers and a ø1800 three-blade curved turbine. The length of the agitator shaft is approximately 7.50m.
